Chef of passion, Benedetto Ventura decided to share his skills and experience in favour of  social inclusion.  He is today the founder and chief of our Social Cooperative.

He gave birth to original and sophisticated dishes, such us "orecchiette verde mare" and "cavatelli del porto". Benedetto's Cuisine have been standing out for years at La Locanda dei Benedettini for its authentic Apulian taste and innovative combination of flavours.
